SMM Exposure Plan Service Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into the date set forth by and between thYnking.com. (hereinafter referred to as “thYnking”), having its principal offices located at #203-204, 2nd Floor Down Town Mall, Lakdi-Ka-Pul, Beside Lotus Children's Hospital, Hyderabad - 500004, Telangana State, INDIA, and Your Company (hereinafter referred to as “Client”)

thYnking agrees to provide Client with Social Media Management (hereinafter referred to as “SMM”) as described in this agreement. SMM Services are intended to provide the client’s social media with a consistent presence, interesting content, and call to actions that generate traffic to the client’s site and/or leads to new business.

SMM Services include:

  • Social Plan includes business Facebook page
  • Create 8-10 pieces of content per month
  • Use relevant hashtags curated from keywords you provide
  • 80/20 rule for engagement and conversion
  • Monthly SMM reports tracking all key elements including engagement and reach

Terms: The service agreement shall begin on the payment authorization date. The fee for services shall be $350.00 for SMM Setup payable on that date, and $200.00 shall be payable on the same day of each month thereafter.

Termination: Client shall have the right to cancel this agreement without further obligation at anytime by providing a written notice, whereby thYnking retains the right to bill final month of service within 30 days of receipt of the termination notice. Upon termination thYnking will discontinue ongoing SMM efforts on Client’s site.
